Where to pre-order safely
Official digital pre-orders are available through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Rockstar Store. Regional retailers may also sell the code-in-box Standard Edition.
Use a platform storefront or a retailer you recognize. A site offering a playable beta, PC key, cracked build, or unusually cheap activation code is not matching Rockstar's announced release plan.
Confirmed pre-order bonuses
Pre-orders and purchases before November 20 include the Vintage Vice City Pack. Rockstar Support lists a '55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage, outfits and hairstyles, and an exclusive weapon pattern in that pack.

The physical box does not contain a disc
Rockstar says the physical Standard Edition contains a digital download code rather than a game disc. The box is scheduled to be available from November 12 so buyers can redeem the code and preload before launch.
