What the Ultimate Edition adds
Rockstar's current list includes the '95 Grotti Cheetah, Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers, personalized weapon variants, Vice City styles, Jason's safehouse vehicles, the Ganado Retro Build, and several shops, customization locations, vehicles, and a classic car collection.
Those are official item names, but an item list alone does not establish hours of gameplay or a cash value. Wait for gameplay context if that difference matters to you.
Which edition should you buy?
Standard is the safer default for most players because it includes the full game and keeps the option to purchase the Ultimate upgrade later. Ultimate makes more sense for collectors who specifically want the announced bonus content and are comfortable buying before independent reviews.
